I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that must be.

Please provide its complete model number (from the label/rating plate inside the door)

Good evening,

Without the information requested in my first/previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back.

Select any program and please let me know how it goes.

It should work however, if the problem occurs again you will have to remove the sides and bottom off the appliance.

Then check the pump and make sure it is not clogged.

If you simply want more information, feel free to reply and let me know - I am here to help you to your satisfaction.

I am glad, I could help.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

I hope you have a good night.

It has been my pleasure to assist you!

The mesh filter was coming to bits and as we had a similar problem some months ago where even the pump impeller would run with the door open. At that time the fault seemed to clear itself. Because it has become unreliable and is not washing properly we have decided to go for a new machine. Sell you one for parts???

I am afraid we do not sell or buy parts or appliances.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask! Good Luck.
