The indicator panel is displaying F12 (water in the base pan; appliance leaking). Any ideas?
JA: Who makes your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: BOSCH 2016
JA: How long has this been going on with your Bosch appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Never had any problems since it's installation. The very first one.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I've removed the filter and cleaned it, and ejected the water residue. Turned it on but still no joy?

Thank you for the model number.

This was manufactured in May 2006 so around 14 years old.

F12 is aquastop failure.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then remove the drain pump filter and tip it forwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

This should resolve the issue, reconnect everything and plug it back.

If the error code is still there you will have to replace the Aquastop (available here)
