Have you opened the door and checked the door seal ?
OK, what happens if you select a rinse/spin only program ?

If you do not want to do that then unplug the appliance and drain the water from drain hose into a bucket.
If you are on a computer, use the blue document with up arrow symbol by the SEND to load Images/Photos/Pictures.
You have to write a word in the message box like "Pic 1"
then choose only ONE picture then send.
It will not let you do several at once.
OK now as the door is open, can you provide its model number and inspect the door seal ?
Ah okay, can you try a empty short wash cycle and see how it goes ?
If that caught in there and caused this issue then it will not leak again.
