No, it's instant.. it's like it's catching on something.
Guys it sounds like when the applince has been installed
The top cover has been pressed down by accident or not knowing
On the top of the applince Is a cooling fan if there has been any pressure on the top it can cause the fan the scrape as it is hitting the top plate a simple uninstalled and push the top plate up solves this
If it is still I curing after either the applince is installed not square
Or there is an issue with the fan and possibly the back fan iven cover

Host for aeg electrolux and zanussi new installs I have been to a many were I unplug remove the appliance and the thin top literally pull it up and the fan stops hitting it but be careful the sides and walls are sharp
Guys I'm an ex aeg engineer very common in new builds
