I have a Siemens integerated cooker E-Nr. HB15N650B /03FD8706 The 3rd knob from the left , which controls turning on the top oven & grill has ceased to function . Don’t think it is the knob itself as I can easily interchange them .
JA: Is your Siemens oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: Electric Not sure how old - 15years maybe
JA: How long has this been going on with your Siemens oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: have been on to Kelly & Dillard in Waterford but they feel I need to get someone to see it , that it isn’t a simple spare parts issue I live in Dungarvan
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

Yes I will find a service number where you can call for free. For the age of the device I need the whole production number what is written on the type plate. You will find the nameplate on the left or right side of the door when you open the door. Or at the very back of the device.

Somewhere on the barcode there should be a number with a letter FD in front of it. A four-digit number.
