We have recently moved and our zanussi oven zHQ575X is not heating up , can you advice how we switch it on
JA: Is your Zanussi oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: electric , house is 15 years old but oven looks new
JA: How long has this been going on with your Zanussi oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: turned both main oven dials on ,lived here3 week

Sorry for the long wait. This indicates oven temperature sensor (thermostat) is faulty and will need replacement. The part is available for £29 + repair charges, to order the part please CLICK HERE.
