JA: What happened just before your boiler displayed this message?
Customer: On the thermostat - flashing the date and then uncoil ?? Sorry- unboil
JA: How long has this been going on with your boiler? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Literally half an hour - done nothing because don’t know what to do
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: On the boiler reading 75degrees but the indicating line is at top

Do the messages you're seeing coincide with any loss of function? Is the central heating still working?

The overrun warning isn't a fault, per se - overrun is a normal condition when the burner extinguishes the burner. If you have no other symptoms then this should be nothing to worry about.
