Hi,my cordless goblin vac keeps cutting out after about 1 min - I have cleaned the filters thanks Andrée
JA: What's the brand and model of your vacuum? How old is it?
Customer: Approx a year Goblin 29.6v
JA: How long has this been going on with your vacuum? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 24 hours or so cleaning all the filters which were filthy it is fully charged
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: it switches off in both hand held and when the full tube is in place there is no blockage in the long tube

If you are 100 percent sure that it is very clean and fully charged and still switched off faster, then most of the time the battery is no longer OK. You need to have the battery replaced. Do you still have a guarantee?
