I understand that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
To help me better assist you, please provide its make and complete model number (from the label/rating plate located inside the door).
You may see automated adverts for phone support sent by website.
I am afraid, I am not available for phone call and another expert may be able to call you however, we can continue via chat.
Thank you for the model number.
Please try this:
You may unplug it and remove the plinth (base panel below the door) of the appliance.
You will see a white plastic cover and above the white plastic base tray there is a metal cover.
Remove this and then you can try and soak the water up from the base there.
After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.
Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked. Reconnect everything and plug it back.
Please let me know how it goes.
It should work after you have tried this advise however, if the issue is still there then I am afraid the fault is with power board that will need replacement.
The part is available for around £170 + repair charges (£99 if done by Bosch).
Sorry about the bad news.
My goal is to provide you with excellent service.
