Well sometimes if the drain is clogged the appliance will not even start as the control thinks previous cycle has not completed.
Please try this:
You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.
Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.
Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.
Also with your fingers check if impellor rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.
If that won't help then I am afraid this indicates an issue with the belt that has snapped and/or the motor that is faulty.
If you have insurance then please contact the service provider and get it replaced.
