Beko washing machine showing e18 error and display seems stuck ?
JA: Is your Beko washer top or front loading? How old is it?
Customer: Front loading probs 10years
JA: How long has this been going on with your Beko washer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Only this am have tried reset get the display up but then it seems to be frozen

E18 indicates unbalanced and/or overload is detected.

As it is not working at all then the issue may be with belt that has snapped or worn out.

However, if the belt is fine then the issue is with the carbon brushes in the motor that are worn out and/or the motor that is faulty and will need replacement.

You may unplug it and pull it out.

Then remove the top off the appliance, check if the belt is intact.

If the belt is fine then you will have to replace the carbon brushes.

You may press and hold the START button for around 5 seconds to reset the control.
