WF860 stuck in test program, hotpoint, just this morning.

Customer: tried unplugging it . Holding on/off & start/ cancel both at the same time

Then press and hold the START button and ON/OFF button with the top left option button.

Keep them held in and plug it back.

Let go off these buttons after around 20 seconds.

Then let me know how it goes.

OK, here is another way:

Press and hold the start button only until all the leds go out.

Then press and hold both START button and ON/OFF buttons until you see D OFF or D END.

It should work however, if after this it is still stuck then I am afraid control is faulty and will need replacement.
