If you have already cleaned lint build up and the filter as well completely then this may be due to faulty door switch and/or motor.
You may unplug it and pull it out.
Then remove the top off the appliance and check if belt is intact.
If belt is fine then check the control board which is located right behind the fascia.
Check for any burn marks on the control, if that is fine then remove the back off the appliance and check the heater and motor.
