The element has gone.I have insurance. I want it fixed
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 17 days ago.

I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all.

If you have checked the element and that is faulty then that will need replacement.

We do not provide home repairs, if you have insurance then please contact your service provide to book repair.
