Good evening,

Welcome to justanswer.com, my name is ***** ***** I will assist you today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Please allow me a few minutes to check it's schematics and then type the answer.

You may see automated adverts for phone support sent by website.

I am afraid, I am not available for phone call and another expert may be able to call you however, we can continue via chat.

This indicates motor fault.

You may unplug it and pull it out then remove the top off the appliance.

Check if the belt is intact, if the belt is fine then remove the rear panel and then check if carbon brushes inside the motor are worn out.

If they are then replace it and issue should be resolved.

The part is available for £29 + repair charges, to order the part please "click here".

If you want to replace it yourself, this "video" will give you an idea on how the replacement is done.

My goal is to provide you with excellent service.

If you have any follow-up questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

I hope you enjoyed your experience with justanswer.com today.

It has been a pleasure to assist you, have a wonderful evening.
