How can I reset my Samsung Heat pump dryer after fixing the error
JA: What's the brand and model of your dryer? How old is it?
Customer: Samsung Heat pump dryer, DV90K6000CX, it's two years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your dryer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I got an overhear message 24 hours ago. I turned it off and emptied it and emptied out the lint tray and the removed the heat exchange filter. This morning I left it unplugged while I thoroughly cleaned out the heat exchange filter and made sure it was clean and dry. When I plug it back in its still giving me the error
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: This happened once before a year ago. The engineer fixed it by pushing buttons to reset it so I want to be able to fix it again

HC is heater issue in this Samsung appliance.

To solve this issue you will have to leave it unplugged for around 10 minutes, then press and hold the Wrinkle Prevent, Dry Level and Time buttons together for around 10 seconds.

After this press and hold down power button and when it starts to flash let go off the buttons.

Then turn it off and turn it back on to reset.

If still it will not work, then heater and/or control is faulty and will need replacement.
