Good afternoon,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

This indicates the condenser pump at the rear is faulty and will need replacement.

You have already cleaned it but it keeps on leaking so a faulty pump can cause this issue.

The pump is available here for £59 + repair charges.

You may see automated adverts for phone support.

I am afraid, I am not available for phone call and we can continue via chat.

Please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with justanswer.co.uk today.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.

Do you think it's worth checking the pump/float again?
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 16 days ago.

Yes, that will be good.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then remove the bottom rear cover to access the pump, remove the hoses attached to the pump and remove the pump to clean it.

Make sure it is clean and dry then reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then try any program, if the issue is still not resolved I am afraid you will have to replace the condenser pump.

I will try it all again just to double check myself
