I have had to replace my Kenwood microwave K23CM13 and yesterday picked up a new one. The door on the new one is slightly loose. is this normal and is it safe?

Thank you As this was our 2nd appliance and we only collected it brand new yesterday, is it possible under our Curry's care plan to replace it with a different model?
