JA: Hi. How can I help?
Customer: I have a beko oven BIM32400XP, the oven won’t warm up when it is on a programme that uses the fan but it will warm up on standard oven mode, can you help, thanks
JA: Is your Beko oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: It’s electric
JA: How long has this been going on with your Beko oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I only discovered this problem at the end of cooking last night I discovered that the cooker had turned off, my husband found that the fuse had tripped in the fuse box and when it was flipped back on everything seemed fine until I tried to warm the oven up this evening
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I don’t think so we’ve never had any problems with the oven before it has been really reliable

Ah ok is this a costly repair ?

As it tripped while cooking it is likely the element is faulty and will need replacement.
