Hi the on/off button on my tumble dryer is broken
JA: What's the brand and model of your dryer? How old is it?
Customer: hoover 1 year old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hoover dryer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: since the day I purchased this dryer I’ve had problems with the on/off button I just couldn’t activate the machine, do in the end I managed to brake it. So for six months I’ve been using the ONE TOUCH thing and activating my machine with my mobile. Now I have a new mobile and the app just won’t work on my new mobile

The appliance is still covered under warranty hence, it will be better to contact Hoover and get the ON/OFF switch replaced immediately.
