Our Bosch maxx 6 varioperfect washing machine is not

Hi Our Bosch maxx 6 varioperfect washing machine is not spinning the clothes enough. They are sopping wet. We opened the little hatch on the front right of the machine but there is no drainage tube though? How best to drain and look for blockage?
JA: Is your Bosch washer top or front loading? How old is it?
Customer: It is front loading its about 7 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Bosch washer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: only 24 hours. We havent tried anyhting really as we wanted to try the drain and look for blockage method but there is no tube at the front to drain.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The machine is in a small cupboard and is very difficult to move.

Please try this:

You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.

Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.

Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.

Also with your fingers check if impellor rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then try any program and please let me know how it goes.

You may try a cold wash only program and see if it works.

If it does then try a rinse/spin only program and see if it works.

We have removed a ice cream stick and a button! Will try a cold wash cycle.

If the issue is still there then you will have to replace the carbon brushes in the motor.
