Have you seen any flashing lights/error codes as well ?
Please try this:
Leave it unplugged for around 30 minutes.
Then press and hold the first button and extreme right button together on the hob.
Keep them held in and plug it back.
Let go off the buttons after around 10 seconds.
This should reset the control.
If this won't help then I am afraid the control board is faulty and will need replacement.
Bosch provides 2 years warranty, so you will have to call them at 0344(###) ###-####to book repair under warranty.
