I have an integrated Beko dishwasher DW603 which I need to

This answer was rated:

Hello, I have an integrated Beko dishwasher DW603 which I need to remove from the cavity. I have a problem with the front adjustable legs, they are not lowering, the bottom of the legs move round but it has no effect on the height. It looks as though the leg is away from the housing. The fit is so tight there is no prospect of the machine moving otherwise. Thanks for any advice, Mick
JA: Are there any error codes or blinking lights on your Beko dishwasher? How old is it?
Customer: No error codes, we installed it in 2014. The reason to move it is to replace the door springs
JA: How long has this been going on with your Beko dishwasher? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I tried to remove it yesterday
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No, that's everything

Good morning Mick,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

You will have to use WD40 and a wrench to lower the legs.

Then you can unplug it and pull it out as well.

With plinth removed open the door and towards the top on either sides you will see screws holding the appliance to worktop.

Remove the screws and then close the door, then you can pull it out.

Hi Kevin, I will try that but as I mentioned the legs are turning when I use a wrench but no movement in height. I have already removed the securing screws and have lowered the rear legs using the screws at the front.

Sorry, I am not available for phone calls however, I am happy to help via chat.

If someone else is available for calls, they will call you.

Ok, I will wait for a response

OK, the floor was already there when the dishwasher was installed or it was installed after that ?

Customer: replied 3 days ago.
The floor is the same

OK and there are no screws mounted to the counter-top ?

Customer: replied 3 days ago.
No, it was secured by 2 side screws. The issue is purely with the legs

If the two screws have been removed and its not screwed now to anywhere then the issue is legs.

Use WD40 on them and it should pull out.

Ok Kevin, I will do that.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with justanswer.co.uk today.

Hi Kevin, I have tried your suggestion but unfortunately it has not solved the problem, thanks anyway for your time

If all the nuts etc have been removed then those legs should not cause problem.

I would recommend that you contact someone who is present there and can lower down the legs.

I am glad, I could help.

You're welcome and Good Luck.

Cheers
