I have a built in Neff oven which is about a year old Every time Iswitch it on It says I need an eco clean As the oven is stil very clean would like to stop this happening Any way I can switch this off

JA: What have you tried so far with your Neff oven?
Customer: I switched off the Electric which stopped it for a couple of switch ones then back to every time Have looked at instruction book but no answer

Customer: no it is kept very clean so cannot understand it

It just bleeps and says eco clean must be carried out. Can this function be turned off

Yes, please try this:

Leave it unplugged for around 40 minutes.

Then plug it back and reset the clock, let me know if the message appears again.
