Good morning,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

Please try this:

You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.

Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.

Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.

Also with your fingers check if impellor rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.

Then try any program and please let me know how it goes.

No working

OK, have you seen any error codes/flashing lights etc ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
unfortunately nothing is shining, nothing is reacting

OK, unplug it and clean the door seal and door lock.

Then press and hold the START button and plug it back.

Let go off the start button and close the door bit harder than usual.

Let me know if the control lights ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.

OK and the control is completely dead ?

Have you already checked the plug fuse or tried different socket ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
the controls are completely out of order. I tried plugging into a different outlet and it doesn't work either

What about the fuse in plug ?

What happens if you press and hold the START button for around 10 seconds ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I don't know how to check the fuse
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I tried. nothing happened

You have to open the plug and check the fuse.

If that is fine then I am afraid the control board is faulty and will need replacement.

Are you willing to carry out replacement yourself ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
how much would she have to pay for the replacement?
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
If I can of course

The part is available for around £70 + repair charges.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Where I can buy this ?

If you want to replace it yourself, you will have to unplug it and pull it out.

Then remove the top off the appliance and then remove the fascia.

You can then replace the main PCB.

However, you may try this:

Once the top of the appliance is removed and you can access the PCB, remove all the connectors (one at a time) and reconnect them back.

Then see if it starts working again, if no then you will have to replace it.

The part is available here for £68.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with today.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.
