There are none ? What type of appliance is it ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Beko - Double Oven -BDVC674MS

Thank you for the model number.

I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all.

Are you willing to carry out replacement yourself ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
If it’s possible to do I can replace myself
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
the heating element will be fine ?
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
the fan don’t need changing?

Yes, usually when heating element is faulty the oven will stop heating and it will not heat intermittently heat.

If the fan is working fine then why do you want to replace it ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
the thermostat is also the cause of the moise?
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I don’t wan to replace the fan if it’s not the issue .. just checking to rule it out.

The noise may be coming if the nut is loose which you can check while you are replacing the thermostat.

The thermostat is available here for £19 + repair charges.

If you want to replace it yourself this VIDEO will give you an idea on how replacement is done.

Hello Again,
Following from my issue and question earlier, if my tenant
Already checked the fan noise for lose ends and and it’s still persistent, what else could be the issue please ?
Thanks.

If the noise is getting louder then the fan motor is faulty and will need replacement.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Ok.. thanks. But it can still be faulty now right due to noise ?

Yes that is correct.
