I've had my built-in oven over a year. I have never been happy with its performance. Baking timing is not correct. Outside of a loaf burns while centre is doughy. Back is much hotter than front, etc.
JA: Is your oven gas or electric?
Customer: Electric
JA: How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: The kitchen was completely re done in January last year. Because I was in a new house with all unfamiliar appliances and mainly only cook myself I persevered. (I am over 80 and have always previously baked successfully)
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I was going to buy an oven thermometer, but none seemed accurate, online

I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all.

Are you willing to carry out replacement yourself or its still under warranty?

I'm sure it should still be under warranty. I can get in touch with the company that installed the whole kitchen
