Our Beko Fridge/Freezer-model GNE 114610 FX which we,ve had approx9 years was moved recently to a new was left unplugged and open for afewv days then when it was connected/ plugged in 4 days ago i wont cool
JA: How long has this been going on with your Beko refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: tIt only puts out warm air -4 days now and the front reads 6 0n fridge compartment -18on freezer indicator 10 0n multi zone and the red error indicator wont go off
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: we've tried to fix it readingthe instruction but nothing stops it putting out warm air??

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

During transportation the issue comes when the refrigerator is not kept upright.

Hence, the lubricant from the compressor leaks into the cooling pipes.

It is likely that either the compressor is faulty or you need re-gassing.

You will have to contact a refrigeration engineer and get it top up.

Not happy at all! I feel I’ve been conned into paying extra money thinking a Beko “expert” was going to call me to talk it through or book an appt !! Never again
