JA: Do you know the model of your Hoover appliance? How old is it?
Customer: Have replaced door switch and discovered motor doesn’t have brushes. Can door switch be bypassed to check if still faulty.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hoover appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Couple of months.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I can’t seem to get a program to cancel operation.

E07 indicates a fault with the motor and/or control that is faulty and will need replacement.

You may unplug it and then connect the two wires together on the door lock to perform a test wash and see how it goes.

If you have bought a new door lock then it should work even with door lock fitted.

I believe the motor is faulty and will need replacement.
