Depending on age and use, the coating can change or behave. But I can't imagine being sticky now? Did you clean it up extensively? Can you give me the model number and manufacturer? Please feel free to continue this topic if you have any further questions. I would be very happy to help you! With best regards, Erdal
Do you have a stainless steel case or a plastic one? They came in different types.
It may be that the plastic casing loses its shine or becomes a little rougher. If it is sticky then it may have food residue. Have you really cleaned it thoroughly?
Then I am really sorry but there is no way to get this shine and original condition back. If it still does not go away after cleaning, then the plastic housing is defective. I agree with you. But there are no spare parts or casings for these models. If you could give me the exact model number, I would check again to see if there is a complete package on the housing or not.
If I just write the model number you gave me, there are different types and models. I really cannot know which model you have. It will be very complicated for me to give you a hundred per cent suggestion if I don't know exactly which model you have.
That's right. I have already looked and there are no spare parts or complete housings available. I am really very sorry.
I'm really very sorry but unfortunately I can't help it and you can't help it either. Nevertheless, I wish you the best of luck and success with the new device. You can always write me again if you need any information. I am always at your disposal.
