Customer Question

Hi. My CDA wine cooler will not switch on. I have changed the fuse and pressed the on/off switch but that does not seem to work. It was working fine until I moved it yesterday to clean the floor.
JA: What's the brand and model of your wine cooler? How old is it?
Customer: Its a CDA 2 zone cooler - bought in November 2017
JA: How long has this been going on with your wine cooler? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I moved it away from the wall yesterday to clean the floor. It worked until I moved it back. I changed the fuse in the plug
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Nope

Anything I should do?
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 11 days ago.

As you have already checked the plug fuse and tried another socket I am afraid the power board is faulty and will need replacement.

You may try this:

Leave it unplugged and empty with door open for around 12-24 hours.

Then plug it back (expect some water on the floor) and wait for another 8 hours so it gets back to optimum temperature.

The problem should be resolved.

However, if the issue appears again then you will have to replace the power board.
