I have a 2 week washing machine...only works on 1 program and can’t get to speak on the phone to anyone
JA: Is your washer top or front loading?
Customer: front loading
JA: How long has this been going on with your washer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Only been using 30 min wash tried a different program flashes F-01 on the rest

It seems my previous message did not go though.

Please try this:
You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.
Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.
Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.
Also with your fingers check if impellor rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.
Then try any program and if the issue is still there then you will have to contact Hotpoint as this appliance is still under warranty.

F01 indicates control fault which should not appear in two week old appliance.
