Thank you for the model number.

This was manufactured in January 2011 hence, around 11 years old.

The flashing lights indicates thermostat and/or heating element fault.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then remove the rear cover off, if you see thermostat then press the button to reset it.

If that won't help I am afraid you will have to replace the element.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with today.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.

Machine is out and cover off however we cannot locate the reset button
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 19 days ago.

OK, if there is no reset button then I am afraid the heating element and/or thermostat is faulty and will need replacement.

Are you willing to carry out replacement yourself ?
