Pwe have a bosch fridge single stand alone under work top reflogixxeasy access ktr18425GB. Unpleasant smell mainly. From rear. Help please
JA: How old is your Bosch fridge?
Customer: No idea but probably about 15 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Bosch refrigerator? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Pulled it out from under work top in case of dead animal, cleaned site with bleach. Probably noticed it first a week ago.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Have a paper ref on side 0024g

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your fridge. Lets see if i can help you on this.

If the smell is at the rear then it may be the drip tray on top of the compresor thats causing the smell.

So access the back of the appliance and there you will see the compressor (black pot).

On top of this is the drip tray.

To remove it you need to hold the tray with both hands either side and pull it towards you and wiggle it side to side and it will come off.

Then give it a clean out and that should sort the smell out from there.
