Good afternoon,

You have reached justanswer.co.uk, an independent paid question and answer platform that matches experts in various skills to customers.

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

E19 indicates water has leaked in the base of appliance and activated the anti-flood device.

You may unplug it and remove the plinth (base panel below the door) of the appliance.

You will see a white/grey plastic cover and above the white plastic base tray there is a metal cover.

Remove this and then you can try and soak the water up from the base there.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back, please let me know how it goes.

I have removed the cover as suggested and all the base is dry with no signs of leakage. I have cleaned filter inside the appliance and the house drain is clear. I am still getting the error code E19. What else can I do ?
Customer: replied 10 days ago.
It says above that I can have follow up questions but not sure what is a normal response time. I will leave it for a while and see if you respond.

Good morning,

You will have to unplug it and pull it out.

Then remove the top and sides of the appliance.

Towards the left you will see plastic tank with hoses connected to it, please remove the hoses and clean it.

Make sure it is not clogged then clean the sump.

After this is done reconnect and check how it goes.

If you get the error code again then I believe the flow sensor is faulty and will need replacement.
