Please try this:
You will have to unplug the appliance and remove the bottom front flap.
Then keep some beach towels and shallow container under the filter.
Now, rotate the drain pump filter anti clockwise to open, clean it completely and make sure it is not clogged.
Also with your fingers check if impellor rotates, then reconnect everything and plug it back.
So you select a program and close the door, it will not even start to fill ?

Keep the button held in for several seconds then turn the dial to off and let go the button.

Have you already tried this:
Yes I saw the image however, in second message that I sent you have to try only with start button.
If that is not working then I am afraid the drum belt and/or motor is faulty and will need replacement.
You may unplug it and remove the top off the appliance.
Then check if belt is intact, if belt is fine I am afraid the motor is faulty and will need replacement.
