JA: Is your oven gas or electric? How old is it?
Customer: electric 2 weeks old
JA: How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i have tried everything now even bought some ready meals with a time and temp i set to this and it wasn't ready when time was up
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: thats it my food isn't ready when it should be

i didn't shout sorry caps lock was on after typing model number

I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all.

As the oven is still under warranty then you should contact Blomberg and get this repaired immediately.
