Hi Kevin, my name is ***** ***** me know if you need anything else?

Hello Sue, please tell me how many times does it beep between pauses ?

Customer: replied 18 days ago.
It beeps twice pause twice

Thank you.

This is a drain fault which indicates the water is not draining completely out of your appliance.

Please try this:

You may unplug it and remove the plinth (base panel below the door) of the appliance.

You will see a metal cover, remove this and then you can try and soak the water up from the base there.

After this is done, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Reconnect everything and plug it back, please let me know how it goes.

We have manually drained the water from the bottom and it’s started a program.
We will leave it to run and see what happens, presume I can come back to you if it fails again.?

Yes, you may select a empty program on its hottest setting with only a bowl of vinegar inside.

Once this is complete, you can pour warm water in the filter inside the appliance.

Then clean the dishwasher completely and it should work fine.

However, if it beeps again then I am afraid the drain pump is faulty and will need replacement.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with justanswer.co.uk today.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.

It beeped again so have removed the metal plate but there is no way to see any water only electrics. See pic
Have I unscrewed the wrong bit?
We have checked the out hose and it does appear to be blocked as tried blowing into it where it connects into the system and failed.
As it’s a built in unit we cannot get to the back of it to disconnect the pipe. Any suggestions on that?’
We have poured some drain blocker into the dishwasher and the end of the output pipe to see if this works.

Yes that is correct, I see the base is dry.

If you see the black sump hose, put some beach towels and then remove that black hose.

Clean it and also clean the sump then try again.
