To unlock the control please press and hold the LOCK/KEY button for around 10 seconds.
If you are on a computer, use the blue document with up arrow symbol by the send to load Images/Photos/Pictures.
You have to write a word in the message box like "Pic 1" then choose only one picture then send, as it will not let you do several at once.
On mobile phone, you should be able to respond to a text with pictures.
Please only add one at a time.

Please leave it unplugged for around 20 minutes.
Then press and hold the first button on the left and extreme right buttons together.
Keep them held in and plug it back, let go off the buttons after around 10 seconds.
Then turn it back on and off then back on, it should work now, please let me know how it goes.

OK, is it completely dead or you see any error/flashing lights ?
If it is not hard wired then please check the plug fuse.
If that is fine as well then I am afraid the control board is faulty and will need replacement.
No, the button combination I already advised and that has not reset the control.
This is not a oven so auto to manual will not work.
