That is not a valid error, please leave it unplugged for around 10 minutes.
Then plug it back and try again, please let me know how it goes.

OK if the machine is brand new you will have to contact Neff and book repair under warranty.
The control is stuck and will not reset.
You may try this as well before you contact Neff:
Leave it unplugged for around 10 minutes.
Then press and hold the first button on the left and extreme right buttons together.
Keep them held in and plug it back, let go off the buttons after around 10 seconds.
Then turn it back on and off then back on, it should work.
However, if the issue is still there you will have to contact Neff and get it repaired under warranty.
OK, I am afraid the user interface is not reacting to reset.
