Hi i purchased an Amica cooker Sept 2020 , the oven has stopped working , the fan works but no heat from oven

If you have set the temperature and the ventilation is OK and still does not generate any heat, there can be various causes. It may be that the temperature controller is defective. The thermostat may not work. However, it is most likely that the heating coil on the fan is no longer in order. It has to be professionally measured and determined once. The cooker has a 2yr warranty , surely it should be up to you to repair it .

I am not prepared to pay £16 , the cooker is covered by a 2yr warranty, i have proof of the warranty.
