Good morning,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

Does it heat fine or it overheats ?

Is it same no matter what program or temperature setting you select ?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
It heats up fine and its seems the same, after a couple on minutes heating it stars to glow orange and then when it seems to reach temperature the orange glow disappears.

I am not at home and I assume that's on the back of the over which I wouldn't be able to get to. The model number is *****

OK, no problem.

As it heats fine and works fine then that should not be a problem however, if you can unplug the appliance.

Then remove the top and back off the appliance, you will see a thermostat next to the fan motor.

Test this thermostat for open circuit, if this one is fine then check the oven temperature sensor.

If these are both fine then you do not have to do anything and you can use the oven.

Alternatively, you may contact AEG and book a fixed price repair.
