Good afternoon,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

This indicates the drain is clogged hence, it will not start to fill.

You will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out, then tip it backwards by around 45 degrees so excess water drains off completely.

After you have done this, check the drain hose where it connects to house drain and make sure it is not clogged.

Then please clean the mesh filter from inside and make sure it is not blocked.

Now, reconnect everything and plug it back; select any program.

We have disconnected the outlet pipe and there is no blockage there.

Is it possible that the pump to remove water is broken.
Customer: replied 6 days ago.
We have now exposed the impeller and it is running free - so could it be the motor that works the umpeller?
Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 6 days ago.

The motor that works the impellor is the drain pump.

Please reconnect everything and try again, if it wont fill then pour a jug full of water and see if it will drain.

Expert:  KevinWhiteJA replied 6 days ago.

If it does drain after you manually fill it then drain pump is fine and inlet valve is faulty.

Please let me know how it goes.
