OK and has it tripped when you were using top oven ?

Good afternoon,
Without the information requested in my previous response, I can only give you a general answer, but I hope this helps.

If the oven turns on however, will not heat then I am afraid the thermostat is faulty and will need replacement.

However, if it wont start then heating element is faulty and will need replacement.

You may unplug the appliance and test both the parts with multi-meter.

Please let me know how it goes.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.
I hope you enjoyed your experience with justanswer.co.uk today.
Have a wonderful day.
