Good morning,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

Whirpool AKP 206/IX

Thank you for the model number.

If you don’t mind, please allow me a few minutes to check its schematics and then type the answer.

Ok, thank you

Please leave it unplugged for around 1 hour, then plug it back and reset the clock.

It should work however, if the issue is still there then I am afraid, this indicates an issue with the oven temperature sensor (thermostat) that is faulty and will need replacement.

When this is faulty oven suffers from uneven cooking or will not heat at all.

I understand. The temperature was goes very high and after it stops working
Customer: replied 16 days ago.

Yes, it is likely the thermostat is faulty however, please try above advise.

If it won't work you will have to replace it.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with today.
