Customer Question

Hi, yesterday my Samson TV suddently got a mind of its own; It suddenly took off and went down through all the channells, while, at the same time, the volume went to max. The only button on the remote was the on-off one. I tried taking the batteries out of the remot and also disconnecting the TV from the mains.
JA: Do you know the model of your Max appliance? How old is it?
Customer: just a mo, please
JA: How long has this been going on with your Max appliance? What have you tried so far?
Customer: on the back it says the model is LE32B450V4W
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I don't know, what else would help?

Good afternoon,

My name is ***** ***** I will assist you with your appliance today.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your appliance.

I understand how frustrating that can be.

Please leave it unplugged for around 30 minutes.

Then press and hold the ON/OFF button on the TV and VOL- button on the Remote.

Keep them held in and plug it back, let go off these buttons after around 30 seconds.

Then turn it off and turn it back on, let me know how it goes.

That should solve the problem and reset the TV.

However, if the issue is still there then I am afraid this is a fault with main board which will need replacement.

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow up questions.

I hope you enjoyed your experience with justanswer.co.uk today.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.
