Tumble dryer not heating
JA: What's the brand and model of your dryer? How old is it?
Customer: hoover dynamic next do c9dg 80 and it’s 2 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Hoover dryer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: cleaned out filter and condenser and has being doing this on the last two loads
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no I think that’s all would there be a reset button?

Last night all the lights flashed on and there was an error message but I didn’t write it down

This indicates the heating element is faulty and will need replacement.

I am afraid there is no reset button on this model.

If you are willing to replace it yourself, you will have to unplug the appliance and pull it out.

Then remove the rear bulged panel and test the thermostats with a multi-meter.

If they test open circuit you will have to replace the heating element.
