I have a problem with my washing machine when I connect to

Hi I have a problem with my washing machine when I connect to the power and turn of the power go off
JA: Is your washer top or front loading? How old is it?
Customer: Is a hot point dud 9640 última around 8 years
JA: How long has this been going on with your washer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: well this happen when the machine was working so now we can’t get it on because the when we put on the power in the kitchen go off, I open the top so I cold open the door I think is a short circuit in the painel
