My neff gas hob ignition spark has stopped working. I think the hob is still under warranty but I’m not sure. Can you help please.
JA: Do you know the model of your Neff hob? How old is it?
Customer: I think the E- Nr is T25S56N0GB FD 9510 does that help?
JA: How long has this been going on with your Neff hob? What have you tried so far?
Customer: since yesterday the ignition sparked repeatedly tried to spark even though no burners were on. I switched the electrical connection off and left if overnight. Today when I switched on the burner sparked ok then later on it wouldn’t work.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Don’t think so.
