I have a Fridge Freezer KAD and cannot get ice to form for the dispenser. Water is on. Freezer has been working fine at -18 but no water flowing to the Ice Maker

Customer: it is a holiday home where others stay. Been here for 2 days and no ice

OK, there is a water filter and water valve.

If the filter is clogged it may need replacement.

If the filter is fine then you will have to check the valve, there are two small hoses that go from under the appliance to the Ice maker.

Sometimes if any of these comes off the ice maker will not fill.

Alternatively, you may contact Bosch and get it repaired under warranty.
